High Blood Pressure.

Ok well I had high blood pressure.

Because I was stressed out, because I was working too damn much.

Not just high blood pressure, but also high heart rate. I remember testing my waking heart rate, and having it be around 85, which while in "normal" range, was substantially higher than I normally am.

This was all before I started drinking again, and before I truly figured out how to relax. While I don't think using alcohol is always the greatest thing in the world, it does have it benefits.

Now I started drinking again, lowered my coffee intake (one cup today), and learned how to relax again. Not to mention I was able to take 4 days off entirely from everything that gives me stress.

Right now, I just tested my heart rate, 59.... Not only is my heart rate lower, I can tell my blood pressure is lower, just by the way I feel. I don't have any way to corroborate this argument, you all will just have to trust me. It is amazing how much difference a couple of weeks makes.

Apartments don't seem too crazy expensive in Brooklyn, at least not according to craigslist. I think I would be able to afford to live there. I am a little intimidated by the NY culinary scene though, I don't like the idea of being the "little guy".
