Shotgun.
When it rains it pours right?
Right now EVERYTHING seems to have broken, I don't know why things like this always seem to happen in streaks.
Lets break it down (like a shotgun)
1) New oven thermostat, toast. Now we called the normal service people, or at least the did while I was gone. Now since the oven is new, it was still under warranty with the company we purchased it through. One this particular piece, now we have voided our warranty, and the normal company didn't quite fix the problem. So now we are going to have to pay in order to get an oven repaired which we should have had to in the first place. Makes me wish they would have called me first, but they didn't want to disturb me, even though I did tell them I didn't mind.
2) Printer, constant paper jam. I am typing this from home, as the little printer in our office at work isn't working right now. You put a piece of paper in, and it just jams right away. The problem has to be serviceable, but I don't have the liberty of time at my disposal right now. Hence, I am printing my inventory sheets and schedules from home.
3) Tracy's Ankle. She twisted it, and now is walking around on crutches.
4) Phones. All the phones that we have in the cafe are a little difficult to use, as the buttons are hard to press. We got rid of our home phone well over a year ago, so I think that I should just be able to bring those into work.
As I look at the little list, it doesn't seem that insurmountable, breaking it down a little eases my mind a bit. There is probably something I am forgetting about, that seems to be the trend.
Nothing has broken my good mood and giant smile though. Happy Felipe, very happy felipe.
